All boats 200 Euros per boat. This includes dinner for 4 people on Friday the 28th, breakfast and dinner on Saturday the 29th and on Sunday the 30th. For every extra crew member on the boat the charge for the meal program is

Racing Rules of Sailing
It is understood that this regatta is governed by the racing rules of sailing (2005 – 2008) and undersigned agrees to abide by these rules.

Liability
The Yacht Club Fort Louis and any other party involved in the organization and conduct of the Course de l’Alliance Regatta disclaims any liability for personal injury, personal or material damage whatsoever, sustained prior to, during or after the Course de l’Alliance Regatta. By entering the Course de l’Alliance Regatta this will be a declaration of accepting all disclaimers made by the regatta organizers.

Racing
Undersigned agrees and accepts that the Yacht Club Fort Louis and the St.Maarten Yacht Club or any other sponsor or supporter cannot in any way be held responsible for any damage, injuries that might result from the participation in this regatta.
